Round and round and round I go. . .when I'll stop, nobody knows! Seriously, when will it stop? All this circling is making me dizzy!
Do I look like I'm having fun? |
And Allie wonders why I have I mess around with her when she tries to get me when I am relaxing and grazing outside. She wants to spin me right round, baby right round like a record baby, right round round round. I figure if I give her some trouble out int he pasture, she will give up and leave me along. So far, I have not been successful with this. . . so I must entertain myself in different ways.
Mixing it up with a little hop! |
At least I got a break today for circling. Allie said something about having to take the dogs to the vet. I hope they were as good as I am with the vet. (Maggie was great, Cooper, not so much.) My day is much more productive to me when I can spend time outside with Ryleigh. And eat, don't forget the eating. My stomach is made to be eating all day long anyway!

I hope we get done with these circles soon. Lunging is a pain for me. It is boring and tedious. Walk, trot, stop, repeat in any combination then switch directions. There is no food involved. And let's be honest. . .I am not down with exercise.
I was brought inside for this? |
I am not sure how all this circling is going to make me a better trail horse. Can someone please answer that for me? And when they get the answer, share it with Allie!
